Abstract: This article continues our serial tutorial on using GPSS simulation to solve problems. The presentatiom in this installment utilizes the example system of the prior installment. and extends and applies to simulation to the embrace and increasing quantities of systems,items requiring repairs,and determines optimum support resources. In Part 1 we discussed a system having a single repair resource. The system MTBF was 100 hours and the MTTR was 20 hours and the simulation was run until 100 failures occurred.
