Evaluate—Then Cultivate

Abstract:Building a culture of quality across an organization can be a daunting effort and many attempts to do so stall out early. Evaluating the current status of an organization is an essential first step to building a quality culture. This evaluation should include key driving factors of quality within an organization, the processes of conversion or promotion, and the desired results. Examples of driving factors usually include leadership, human resources and employee buy-in, while training, communication and creating behavioral norms are examples of the promotion process. I believe there are easier ways to measure quality culture like customer satisfaction and company continued growth. You don’t want to overwhelm your organization with too many indicators just for measuring the quality culture. Good academic exercise though
