Evaluate—Then Cultivate

Abstract:Building a culture of quality across an organization can be a daunting effort and many attempts to do so stall out early. Evaluating the current status of an organization is an essential first step to building a quality culture. This evaluation should include key driving factors of quality within an organization, the processes of conversion or promotion, and the desired results. Examples of driving factors usually include leadership, human resources and employee buy-in, while training, communication and creating behavioral norms are examples of the promotion process.
