Abstract:In a quality-driven organization, it can be difficult to match or best competitors also utilizing quality practices. When competition gets to that point, often organizations will resort to cutting costs or reducing profit margins, which can inhibit growth. With strategic positioning, however, an organization can compete by identifying what is distinct about the organization and improving around that point.
