Abstract:Inflection points in mathematics signal a forthcoming up or downturn in a graph. Similarly in organizational transformations, an inflection point indicates the point at which change begins in an organization's culture or practice. However, change is not always seen or felt immediately. Often, change is noticed at the turning point.
