Quality’s New Frontier

Abstract:Traditionally, quality tools such as Lean Six Sigma have not been applied to Marketing and Sales because such quality tools have been seen as applying to manufacturing. Some common reasons why quality tools have not been used in Marketing and Sales are discussed.
