Abstract:An organization considering undergoing a significant change should have a clear understanding of its culture, since culture influences the creation of the group’s vision and the strategy for its execution. Culture drives leadership behavior and expectations as well. Just as each organization must develop its own leadership principles and quality system based on its own culture, quality must move beyond program status and become part of that culture.
