Abstract:In today’s global economy, a company’s ability to maintain a flow of innovative products and services is a guarantee of continued success. The training provided to encourage employees to develop innovative skills is critical, but mandating group workshops may not be the best way to go because innovation training depends on an individual’s creative ability.
