Abstract:Solving complex, chronic, systemic problems requires commitment of resources coupled with an improvement process like Six Sigma. The challenge for New Mexico’s Presbyterian Health Services (PHS) was to consistently spread its improvement solutions to its eight hospitals scatter across the state. After identifying four areas of potential improvement, PHS developed an efficient and cost effective collaborative process to deploy its solutions.
