Abstract:Defense and aerospace systems supplier Raytheon uses a proprietary Six Sigma process as part of its Catalyst Engagement initiative to identify and select bottom-line oriented projects. Each project is led by a manager chosen through a process called social network analysis (SNA) that identifies informal employee networks.
