Insights on the Future of Quality Management Research

Quality Management Journal vol. 20 issue 1 - January 2013

Abstract: As the outgoing editor, James R. Evans solicited members of the QMJ Editorial Board with whom he had worked to share their insights about the future of quality management research. These individuals have reviewed numerous papers and have been engaged in ongoing research in the field, and most have also been involved in teaching the subject. Their insights provide numerous ideas to help the many contributors to the field identify pertinent topics to build new knowledge and to sustain the discipline and the journal.
