Abstract: [This abstract is based on the author’s abstract.] The use of quality function deployment (QFD) is considered to highlight customer requirements in user interface design. The relationships between customer requirements and performance measures are illustrated in the house of quality. The use of QFD can result in a better focus on key issues in interface design, reducing errors and increasing customer satisfaction.
