Article Abstract

After discussing the history of quality in the US military, the authors describe the Integrated Test Plan (ITP) development process and how they created a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methodology. By using this matrix, the authors gained a comprehensive and more efficient set of text practices. They were better able to meet specific system requirements via this combination of ITP and QFD.
