Article Abstract

The high performance organization of the 1990s is one that can successfully and simultaneously compete in three areas: Quality, Service, and Time. This paper overviews the high performance organization of the 1990s, and elaborates on characteristics of the new role that is possible for quality professionals to bring about high performance.
