Article Abstract

This article describes a method for selecting flavor panel members for difference tests when complex flavors are present. It also illustrates the statistical analysis of data obtained from these flavor difference tests. Data resulting from Two-Sample Difference Tests upon experimental packaging materials are used to illustrate the methods.
