Article Abstract

Tooling problems encountered in March, 1958, when the Air Force started a program to modify its entire fleet of B-47 medium bombers are discussed by Mr. Millar in this article. The overall B-47 modification project was dubbed Milk Bottle. The project required the manufacture of three special borescopes, which are described in this article.
