Article Abstract

The quality engineer must be able to contribute a big share of his work before the design of the product is completed or before the process is established by which it will be made. This involves pre-production quality evaluation and product and process quality planning. A teamwork relationship between the product design engineer, the manufacturing engineer and the quality control engineer is necessary to establish a compatible relationship between product and process.
