Article Abstract

Based on the many inquiries received by members of the Quality Auditing Technical Committees, a major problem in implementing a quality audit lies in the area of actually performing the audit. Further investigation shows that an audit can be subdivided into three major areas:

  1. Planning the audit
  2. Conducting the audit
  3. Reporting audit findings
