Article Abstract

This article is written for non-manufacturing areas and all service industries that are serious about implementing a cost effective quality management program.In 1982, the authors presented, to a full house in Detroit, the basic principles of selling and implementing a quality management program in the administrative and service areas. Nationwide focus continues to increase in these areas and the 1982 strategies have been updated. Our presentation is dedicated to this effort.
