Article Abstract

Management By Objectives (MBO) is still one of the most efficient techniques which modern management theory provides for us. In the modern organization, especially the one which has adopted the method of assessing Costs of Quality, (COQ), the MBO process provides additional possibilities. In the followings we will describe the method, according to which, we in Elbit define the Costs of Quality objectives in advance, as part of the MBO program being used in our company.
