Article Abstract

The "Silent Circle" has been functioning in the Manufacturing Division for almost three (3) years. This is a unique circle because all of its members are deaf except the Leader/Interpreter and Facilitator. They will present a panel discussion on how the circle came into being, and how their successful management presentation has resulted in the implementation of a Hearing-Impaired Program at GSG. They will share some of their feelings and experiences and success as participants in the circle process.
