Article Abstract

Quality management has a long history that can provide valuable insight into the future. Drawing upon the four revolutions of quality described in the literature, the author provides a new set of paradigms – control, continuous improvement, commitment, and breakthrough – that can lead the organization from a traditional problem-solving network to a community capable of addressing future problems.
