Article Abstract

ASQ's Indianapolis Section 903 has typically focused on projects that could be completed within the year but, conscious of the effects of short-range planning, the section decided to develop a five-year strategic plan to increase responsiveness to the changing environment. Using feedback from the section's own members, the strategic committee identified four objectives that begin and end with the goal of making the Indianapolis section the focal community for quality in the region. A sidebar article provides the section's vision and mission statements.
