Article Abstract

[This abstract is based on the author's abstract.]An organizational dashboard is described and demonstrated. The tool can be used by management to clarify and assign accountability for key objectives, indicators, and projects needed to steer an organization toward its mission statement. The intention of the dashboard, which is both strategic and tactical in nature, is to promote management by process, rather than by objective.
