Article Abstract

[This abstract is based on the authors' abstract.] Much discussion about software quality focuses on the technical aspects of the development process, with little regard for "soft" factors such as motivation, commitment, organizational culture, and other drivers important to achieving high product quality. An overview is given of the impact of soft factors on product quality. A framework is presented that can be used as a tool for ordering software quality drivers.
