Article Abstract

Organizations which are considering or just beginning business literacy training as well as TQM specialists. Business literacy training can improve understanding of business fundamentals, communication across functional lines, decision-making processes and organizational goals and how team involvement can be enhanced by an understanding of business goals and objectives.
