Within the past eight months the use of statistical methods to improve the control of quality of products has been introduced on a large scale at Colonial Radio Corporation. The operations of the Corporation lend themselves fairly well to the use of established methods of Quality Control. Nevertheless, several circumstances have arisen which required spoecial tratment. Some of these are presented in this report, others in process of solution form a sizeable part of the continuous problem of maintaining a control chart system.
