Article Abstract

[This abstract is based on the authors' abstract.A longer abstract is available on the journal's website]

Key principles of quality management can be taught via games and group exercises. A new game, TEAMusic, is effective in teaching the principles of teamwork. Many types of class formats and groups of different sizes have used the game successfully. Points that are obtained experientially from field tests are offered to aid the instructor/leader's review of game results and lessons learned after the demonstration. TEAMusic is compared to the popular Lost At Sea.
