Article Abstract

This article presents the successful application of quality control tools to a cold gas plasma treatment process which improves the surface wettability of a plastic cuvette. It is hoped that this case study will provide valuable insights into the practical use of basic quality control tools for students of quality management, business, engineering, chemistry, and medicine.
