Chatbots are intelligent, conversational software agents activated by natural language input. They provide conversational output in response and can sometimes execute tasks. This paper presents a review of quality issues and attributes related to chatbot development and implementation.
SOFTWARE METRICS AND ANALYSIS
Apply the Fundamentals of Quality in Software Construction to Reduce Costs and Prevent Defects
By Rick Spiewak and Karen McRitchie
By connecting established software engineering practices to the objective of defect prevention, one can apply the principles of quality management to software development. Using modeling techniques, it is possible to predict the potential cost savings and expected defect reduction.
