He received a doctorate in mechanical engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He is a member of ASQ and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

He received a master’s degree in business management at Kennedy-Western University in Thousand Oaks, CA. Windsor is a member of ASQ and a Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds ASQ certifications as a reliability engineer, mechanical inspector and quality engineer, auditor and manager.

Christopher Nachtsheim (cnachtsheim@csom.umn.edu) is a professor and chair of the operations and management science department at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities’ Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis. He received a doctorate in operations research at the University of Minnesota. Nachtsheim is an ASQ member and received the Brumbaugh Award in 1991.
