Drive Baldrige Level Performance
George Byrne (george.byrne@us.ibm.com) is a senior managing consultant with IBM Business Consulting Services in Fairfax, VA, and is a senior leader for the firms Center of Excellence for Six Sigma Services. He holds a masters degree in business administration from Dowling College in Oakdale, NY. He is an ASQ Fellow, certified quality manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Bob Norris (robert.w.norris@us.ibm.com) is a senior managing consultant with IBM Business Consulting Services in Fairfax, VA, and is a senior leader for the groups Center of Excellence for Six Sigma Services. He has a masters degree in organizational behavior from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Norris is a member of ASQ and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Brent Harder (brent.harder@us.hsbc.com) is the senior vice president for quality at HSBC in New York City. He has a masters degree in information systems from George Washington University and a masters degree in business administration from Mississippi State University. A Senior Member of ASQ, Harder is a certified quality manager and software quality engineer.
Brian Swayne (bswayne@juran.com) is the senior vice president of the Juran Institute in Wilton, CT. He has a masters degree in business administration from New York University. Swayne is an ASQ member and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
