John Uzzi (Juzzi@compuserve.com) is president of Roy W. Walters & Associates Inc. He has 22 years of experience consulting with the nations leading organizations. Charles R. Gowen III (cgowen@niu.edu) is an associate professor of management at Northern Illinois University. Gowen worked for Eastman Kodak and Bank One and consulted for several Fortune 100 companies. He earned a doctorate in management sciences from Ohio State University and is a member of ASQ and the Six Sigma Forum.

How to Merge Six Sigma and IT
Tim Young (tim.young@proxima-tech.com) has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years with clients such as Shell, British Airways and Ford. Today, Young works for Proxima Technology as vice president of marketing. Proxima embraced Six Sigma in their products after working on an assignment with GE. In 2001 Proxima launched the worlds first IT service management tools to support Six Sigma.

Jonas Borgsten (j_borgsten@yahoo.com) is a Swedish student, studying engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology and Business at the Stockholm School of Business. He recently completed his masters thesis in engineering at North Carolina State University.
