TC 176 to Work on Dispute Resolution and Codes of Conduct
TC 176 has accepted responsibility for the development of two new guidelines
documents outside the traditional ISO 9000 concepts of quality management
and quality assurance but that nevertheless relate to how an organization
manages its processes in dealing with customers and other interested parties.
This report provides information about these NWIPs for external customer
dispute resolution systems and market-based codes of conduct and the search
for representatives of consumer interest groups to participate as experts
in drafting these standards.
