ISO Healthcare Guidelines Agreement Approved

ITA 1, which will provide sector-specific guidelines on the use of ISO 9004:2000 to aid health services providers in implementing or improving their QMSs, has been approved and is expected to be published by ISO and available about June 2001. Joe McMahon reports some details of the votes and comments submitted and the next steps toward ITA 1’s publication.
