  • Meet and Greet — (TBD) We invite you to join us for this optional hour-long gathering. It provides a rare opportunity to network with attendees and instructors. When it’s over, you’re free to explore Milwaukee’s dining and nightlife options on your own (or with others). This “Meet and Greet” includes structured networking, light appetizers and beverages, and a “concierge desk” to help you plan you activities around Milwaukee. You will be contacted about this event after you register for a course.
  • Bastille Days (July 10–13) — This unique celebration of French culture transforms several blocks of downtown Milwaukee into an atmosphere resembling Paris. It is one of the nation’s largest French-themed celebrations. Anchored by a 43-foot replica of the Eiffel Tower, it features French and Cajun fare, live music and chef and wine demos.
  • Festa Italiana (July 18–20) — Hosted on the world-famous Summerfest grounds, this festival boasts delicious Italian cuisine and several music stages.
  • Milwaukee Brewers baseball (July 11–13) — The major league franchise plays host to the St. Louis Cardinals at Miller Park. The stadium is one of baseball’s most-visited ballparks, and its fan-shaped retractable roof is the only of its kind in North America.
  • Jazz in the Park (July 17) — Touring jazz musicians from around the world play free music at Milwaukee’s lively downtown Cathedral Square Park.
  • Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward — offers the city’s most dynamic array of restaurants, spas, theaters, galleries, and unique boutiques all in a historic warehouse setting. The neighborhood was named a Top 12 ArtPlace in 2013 and is home to the award-winning Third Ward Riverwalk and the Milwaukee Public Market.
