A Simple Method to Study Dispersion Effects from Non-Necessarily Replicated Data in Industrial Contexts

Summary: This article describes a simple method to estimate dispersion effects by ordinary least squares. The procedure is very easy to use with any general statistical package and, therefore, should be easy to implement in an industrial setting. The method is illustrated with a case study concerning the improvement of the adhesive force of polyurethane sheets.
