Deployment of Quality Standards to Enhance Business

Milwaukee, Wis., Sept. 29, 2016 — Applying quality standards allows businesses to shift focus to emphasize quality and a customer-centric culture, supporting and enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.

Attendees of the ASQ International Conference on Quality Standards — held Nov. 14 – 15 in Pittsburgh — will learn to support quality and customer satisfaction through adoption, discover how to integrate multiple standards into one standards management system, and learn to demonstrate savings through standards certification.

The conference theme, “Using Management System Standards as Your Center of Business Excellence,” will focus on integrating multiple management system standards under one business system, competency models and training, risk management, and ISO standards 9001:2015 and 13485:2016.

Keynote speakers at the International Conference on Quality Standards includes Nigel Croft, Ph.D., one of the world's foremost experts in quality management and conformity assessment of management system; and John Knappenberger, president and CEO of the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB).
