The National Housing Quality (NHQ) program is run by the National Assn. of Home Builders Resource Center. Its site includes reading lists and free articles about quality in homebuilding and home improvement and information on the NHQ Award, which is patterned after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. It also offers information on the NHQ trade contractor certification program and a directory of certified contractors.
