The consultant referral network is a Web site for connecting organizations with consultants who specialize in quality. The free service is sponsored by the Michigan Quality Council, Minnesota Council for Quality, Ohio Partnership for Excellence, and Wisconsin Forward Award. Visitors looking for a consultant complete a registration pro-cess in which they list their current situation and needs. The Web site then identifies five consultants or firms that best match the situation. It's also free for consultant to be listed in the site’s database.
