This site, maintained by the Alliance for Performance Excellence, provides a directory of state awards that are based on the Baldrige criteria. These are meant as starting points for organizations that plan to someday apply for the Baldrige award.

Baldrige National Quality Program
The Baldrige National Quality Program’s (BNQP) official Web site is full of resources. Visitors can find the Baldrige criteria (in PDF format), award application forms, answers to frequently asked questions, a calendar of deadlines and training opportunities, contact information, and BNQP history. The site also includes profiles of Baldrige award recipients dating back to 1988, when the first award was given.

This site from New Zealand presents a library of case studies and best practice examples from organizations that have improved using the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria for Performance Excellence. Also on the site are a Baldrige primer, tips on writing an award application, worksheets, and a PowerPoint on how to do a self-assessment.
