The Innovation Division uses AnyMeeting for webinars. These webinars are a benefit of membership in ASQ's Innovation Division.
Some prior preparation is NECESSARY to attend, so PLEASE READ this entire note!
AnyMeeting allows up to 200 members on the webinar at once. Plan to sign on early to get a spot!
You will receive an e-mail specifically for you (not shareable) that will invite you to the webinar.
You must pre-register for the webinar in order to attend. If you do not plan to attend, please do not register - let another division member attend.
Once you receive your invitation, and register – Make sure to use the appointment file attached to the registration confirmation to add the webinar to your calendar!
On the day of the webinar, please connect by computer (tablets are not currently supported) five to ten minutes before it is due to start - we will start webinars on time. Follow prompts to connect your telephone.
You will be muted. Use the chat window at the left of the screen to contact the moderator or presenter. Lastly, please provide feedback. Stay on the webinar until the moderator ends the session. You will be automatically directed to a short survey.
