The advanced education leader coaching experience creates organizational excellence. Leaders will learn how to create superior levels of student achievement, meet staff and stakeholder satisfaction, implement exceptional change management and process management, and identify exemplary system performance. - Use of the plan-do-study-act tool at the senior leader level for managing change.
- Simplifying change management.
- Understanding and applying the tools of change, including process maps or flowcharts and statistical process control (SPC).
