Information Integrity Interest Group Officers*

Angsuman Dutta, Chair
Angsuman Dutta is an Information Integrity Architect for Unitech Systems Inc. He has over 5 years of experience in various R&D projects including petroleum refinement, food product development, and software design.

In addition to being an active member of ASQ, Angsuman intends to leverage his not-for-profit experience for this ASQ interest group effort. He recently served on the board of directors for the Making a Difference Foundation and managed a $100,000.00 annual budget for providing educational resources to underprivileged youth.

Angsuman received his B.Tech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. He also received his M.S. in Computer Science and Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.

Willibert Fabritius, Vice Chair
Willibert Fabritius is a Certified Lead Assessor performing ISO 9001, QS-9000 & TS 16949 as well as ISO/IEC 27001 audits. He is also an ASQ Certified Quality Manger, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt with some twelve years experience in implementing and auditing management systems.

Mr. Fabritius holds a masters degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Aachen (Germany) and has international experience having worked on three countries in Germany, South Africa and the US. He is proficient with a range of computers from IBM mainframes to Macintosh systems. He has experience in several languages from assembler to C++. He is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality

For the last 10 years he has been employed by TUV Rheinland Inc as a Lead Assessor and has gained a vast experience in the implementation of management system. He is proud to include some of the world’s most quality-focused companies in his audit portfolio

Komil – Project Manager Body of Knowledge
Komil is a Senior IS Analyst in Quality, Validation and Documentation (O&I-QVD) Department, Bayer HealthCare LLC, Berkeley, CA. She has over ten years of IT experience.

Prior to joining Bayer, Komil worked as validation consultant for different pharmaceutical companies. She started her career as junior developer worked her way to senior developer to DBA/ Unix Administrator and IT department head. She was youngest executive in Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai, India to hold Head of Department (IT) position.

Komil holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Amravati University, Maharastra, India and is currently enrolled in M.B.A Program (with concentration on Project Management).

Ramon Nayar, Secretary
Ramon Nayar is the business leader for probityONE, Inc. Following a 3 year R&D effort with Angsuman Dutta & Madhavan Nayar, probityONE became incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Unitech Systems, Inc. probityONE brings a structured method for both identifying and quantifying Integrity Risks for any business domain within an enterprise.

Ramon is an advocate for the emerging I*I Space. He helped to establish the Information Integrity Coalition [IIC] — a not-for-profit organization, which promotes the awareness and understanding of Information Integrity. Ramon spent one year working with a core group of people to have the Information Integrity Interest Group approved and funded by the American Society for Quality. He has facilitated sessions on Information Integrity in the United States and Canada. He has also co-authored papers which explore ways to link various quality principles with I*I concepts.

Ramon has over 10 years of multimedia development experience. He has worked on numerous commercial, not-for-profit & governmental new media technology projects, including 3COM, Visa, the Information Integrity Coalition, United States Masters Swimming, the Michigan Department of Transportation, and the Michigan Public Schools Association. He has fulfilled the roles of senior consultant, senior developer, web architect, technology instructor, technology manager, and business leader in his professional career.
