He will give the keynote address entitled "The Use and Value of Process Improvement in Transforming the VA Health System" at a reception for ASQ Healthcare Division (HCD) and Quality Management Division (QMD) members at QIHC.

The speech is scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday, May 21, 2012, at the Anaheim Hilton and will be followed by a guided wine and cheese tasting reception with a short lecture by accomplished sommelier and HCD member, Graciela Perez.
