From the Chair...
For the second year in a row, the HD&L Division has completed 100% of QMP goals. For the last three years, the goals were loftier as we followed our motto of "Dream Big, Soar High" - but we stretched ourselves to meet the challenges. We completed 100% of the 2011-2012 goals with two months to spare. See our completed plan.
