Creating an Effective Quality System for Environmental Research and Development

by Kevin Hull and David Gratson

The creation of an effective quality system for the research and development sphere presents a special challenge for quality practitioners. This presentation describes the successes and lessons learned from more than a decade of quality system development and implementation in support of the US EPA Office of Research and Development.
