Approach to Successful Implementation of Unique Activities

Abstract: The Central Characterization Project (CCP) is tasked with characterizing and certifying transuranic (TRU) waste for disposal at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP). The presentation will discuss project experiences and their approach to planned and “unplanned” unique events.
