A Former Regulator's Perspective

Abstract: Dr. Klein is currently the Associate Director of The Energy Institute and Associate Vice President for Research at The University of Texas at Austin. He previously served as Chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and, prior to joining the NRC, Dr.Klein served as the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Nuclear and Chemical and Biological Defense Programs.
