Over time, the division plans to build up the Number of technical papers posted on the Web site so that the site will be actively used by professionals in the quality, environmental, and health and safety areas for access to expert information and best practices and by university students as a source of information related to the integration of management systems.

The latest papers added to the Web site were presented at the 2001 Energy and Environmental Conference in Richmond, Virginia. They include

  • "Establishing a Performance Based Management Program" by Jeff Long, Oak Ridge National Laboratory
  • "ISO 19011:2002 - A Combined Auditing Standard for Quality and Environmental Management Systems" by Gary Johnson, U.S. EPA

If you are a past presenter at an EED conference and have a technical paper you would like to have posted on this site, please send an electronic version of the paper to John Dew,, along with written permission to post the paper.
