Abstract: At the University of Monterrey in northeastern Mexico professors became alarmed after they noticed high dropout rates among STEM majors. A team of professors zeroed in on the 10 classes with the highest failure rates and created modified versions of each course that’s designed to equip students with stronger learning skills and confidence
